Monitor CAPEX and OPEX against estimates to control costs.

Deliver final reports that document project results, including wind resource findings, engineering design choices, and environmental impacts.

Identify viable offshore wind concepts, including inter-tie and platform-specific solutions.

Use LiDAR and metocean data to assess wind potential and site suitability.

Calculate expected energy output, capacity factors, and Annual Energy Production (AEP).

Estimate emissions reductions and environmental impact.

Identify federal and provincial regulatory requirements and potential barriers.

Establish a Project Risk Register to identify and categorize risks associated with each concept.

Develop initial CAPEX and OPEX estimates for various concepts.
